Brain setup for teams

Your whole team on Claude. Same business context.

Ever wish everyone could use Claude or another AI without each person living in their own private silo of prompts and half-remembered facts? That is what a team brain is for. You get one shared system, context that travels with the work, and value that grows the more your people use it.

What goes wrong

You already put a powerful tool in people’s hands. Context still lives alone.

01

Each person starts from zero

Someone asks Claude about a client, a process, or last week’s decision. The model has none of your context. They re-explain the business every time.

02

Answers live in private chats

Good prompts and real decisions stay in one person’s history. The rest of the team never sees them. You end up with useful work trapped in five separate chat windows.

03

You would never accept this elsewhere

Sales, ops, and delivery each keeping their own books and hoping they match would drive you crazy. AI context is getting that important, and most teams still treat it like a private notebook.

Plain question: where else would you be happy if each employee worked in their own private pile of information? Most owners would not accept that for CRM or books. AI context is getting the same weight, and most teams are still kicking the can.
What we set up

A brain the whole team can use.

01A shared team brainOne place for how you work: clients, process, notes, flags, and the facts the model needs. Everyone draws from the same set. When someone improves it, the whole team gets that improvement.
02Roles that fit how you actually operateOwners and builders can change skills and house rules. Team members use the brain day to day without being able to break the system. Clear seats for who can change what.
03Setup, training, and a path to keep it aliveWe stand it up with your real work. Your people learn the habits on actual tasks. Optional ongoing support so it does not die after week two.
04Modules when you need themStart with the core brain. Later you can plug in review dashboards, comms tools, books connectors, or other modules and keep what you already built.
Rollout

Usually usable in two weeks.

01
Week 1

Map and stand up

Who’s on the team, what you already use, what has to live in the brain first. We install the shared system and put your first real context in it.

02
Week 2

Train and use

Your people work in the brain on real tasks. We fix what is confusing, lock the house rules that matter, and leave you with a simple daily rhythm.

03
After

It keeps getting more useful

Every note, skill, and client fact the team adds helps the next session. Founding pilot support keeps the system healthy while usage grows.

Founding pilot

Early teams get founding rates.

Founding pilot

We are still co-building this pattern with real teams. Early customers get founding pilot pricing: setup, training, and a locked support period at rates below the later commercial list. Scope is capped on purpose so the system actually ships.

  • Shared team brain stood up with your real clients and process
  • Roles, house rules, and training so people actually use it
  • Support while usage grows and the brain fills in
  • Optional modules later (review boards, comms, books connectors)

We send a short SOW with numbers after a 30 to 45 minute map call. You do not have to buy on the call.

FAQ

Common questions.

Q.Is this just another shared Drive folder?

A Drive folder stores files. A brain is set up so people (and Claude or another AI) work from the same context every day: skills, client folders, process, and house rules that stay in sync across the team. That is how the team runs, day to day.

Q.Do we have to switch off ChatGPT or Claude accounts we already pay for?

No. Everyone can keep using the tools they already like. We set up the shared layer so those tools sit on top of one business context.

Q.What is the founding pilot?

Early teams get setup and a locked support period at founding rates, with a capped scope so we can co-build the pattern on real businesses. Later customers pay the commercial list. On a short call we confirm team size, what goes in first, and send a simple SOW with current pilot numbers.

Q.Who is this for?

Small and mid-sized teams (often 3 to 50 people) where more than one person should be using AI on real work: agencies, professional firms, ops-heavy SMBs. If only one person will ever touch it, you may not need a team brain yet.

Q.How is this different from your AI integration work?

Integration connects the software you already run (CRM, ads, books, phone) into one clear view. Brain setup gives the team a shared place to think and work with AI on that business. A lot of clients end up wanting both. They fix different gaps.

Q.How long until we are using it?

Most founding pilots are usable inside two weeks for the core brain. Modules and deeper tool wiring can follow once the team has the habit.

From the desk of PlyntrRE: team brain

Set the brain up while the team is still early with AI. Private silos stack up every week. Founding pilot is open for teams that want shared Claude (or the AI they already use) with one business memory behind it.
