Rider Call by Plyntr
These terms are an agreement between you and Plyntr LLC ("Plyntr", "we", "us"). By using Rider Call, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app. You must be at least 13 to use it.
Rider Call is free beta software, provided as is. There is no uptime, latency, range, or availability commitment. It needs a network path to Plyntr’s Mumbai relay. We do not promise it will connect, stay connected, or work in every place or on every headset.
Ride safely. Do not let the app distract you, and follow local laws on helmet headsets. You use Rider Call at your own risk.
The mic stays live during a ride unless you tap Mute. While muted, no audio is sent. Incoming audio still plays while muted. Mute stays on through a reconnect. Each new ride starts unmuted.There is no push-to-talk button. Voice is not end-to-end encrypted. It travels as plain UDP through Plyntr’s Mumbai relay. See the Privacy Policy.
